De retour à Paris

EN: I'm Back in Paris after such a beautiful and hot summer. The last summer my boyfriend and I spent in France, this year we decided to take a tour around Slovakia. Two weeks in my home country was enough to enjoyed family, friends, great food and beautiful nature. Speaking of food ... We visited many traditional Slovak restaurants called "chalet" which are MUST for me and a great experience for my boyfriend because of the atmosphere and very different Slovak cuisine to the French. Our favourite chalet is koliba u St. Kristofa, they make the best "halusky" (national dish - dumplings covered in melted sheep's cheese topped with diced bacon) but we also like the chalet Zbojska (I still dream about their dumplings stuffed with poppy seeds). Yum!

SK: Som naspet v Parizi po uzasne krasnom a horucom lete. Kedze to minule sme s priatelom stravili vo Francuzsku, tento rok sme sa dohodli, ze si spravime "spoznavaci zajazd" po Slovensku. Dva tyzdne v mojej rodnej krajine boli dost na to aby som si uzila rodinu, priatelov, skvele jedlo a nadhernu prirodu. Ked uz hovorim o jedle... navstivili sme vsetky mozne koliby a salase, ktore su pre mna "nevyhnutnostou" a pre priatela uzasny zazitok z atmosfery a velmi odlisnej slovenskej kuchyne ako je ta francuzska. Nasa najoblubenejsia je jednoznacne koliba u Sv. Kristofa kde robia tie najfantastickejsie halusky (narodne jedlo - halusky s rozpustenym ovcim syrom podavane s kockami slaniny), ale mame radi aj Salas Zbojska (o sulancoch plnenych makom sa mi sniva dodnes). Mnam!
