Taste of Paris
I was extremely excited when I got an invitation to attend the launch of Taste of Paris at the Prince de Galles Hotel few day ago. Main topic: Food! Lots of it!
Mark your calendars if culinary experience is something that makes your heart beat faster. During four days in May 2015, you'll have a unique opportunity to try some of the finest dishes prepared by the most talented chefs in Paris, under the patronage of Alain Ducasse and Joel Robuchon. I couldn't imagine a better place for the event than the Grand Palais (my absolute favourite)!
I had a chance to try some of the dishes prepared by Frédéric Vardon, Pierre Sang and Stéphanie Le Quellec and in case you are interested to know what exactly is on the pictures, there is a little description of what each of the chefs prepared.
Find out about the dates and whose cooking skills you can look forward to, on their website here. Gosh I'm hungry now! xx
Frédéric Vardon
(Gibiers à plumes et `a poils en tourte froide au foie gras, pickles de légumes
Noix de coquilles Saint-Jacques juste saisies, salades et herbes d'automne, cresson et parmesan)

Pierre Sang
(Tout est bon dans le cochon
Mandoo et Kimchi Français)

Stéphanie Le Quellec
(Truffe d'Alba simplenet rappée, Raviole stracciatella, Potimarron châtaigne fève de Tonka
Belles langoustines, à peine saisies, Concombre de jardin, Sarazin toasté, Crème crue)
