Baumanière

Couple of weeks ago I spend two days in the most beautiful part of France, La Provence. Last summer I traveled around the area of Gordes but this time I was thrilled to experience a little bit of Les Baux-de-Provence. From the moment I arrived, I couldn't stop expressing (loudly) my excitement for the absolutely gorgeous place I was staying in, Baumanière (which means 'good manners'). A dream for all of you romantic people (including me), who love and appreciate nature, great food and a huge portion of history. The room I stayed in was ...oooohhhh... so precious! (maybe you've seen my Snapchat). Every detail was screaming provence and I had to laugh when I found a little lavender pillow on the table to welcome me. As soon as I dropped my luggage, I went for a walk around the area and immediately wished I could stay for longer! 30 minute massage in the Spa centre, quick change of clothes for dinner and off we went to the restaurant. I'm talking about two Michelin star restaurant, L'Oustau de Baumanière! I was so honoured to be invited to celebrate its 70th anniversary and to meet the chef Jean-André Charial himself with his lovely family! I was literally in food (top of the class) heaven!!! I could be writing for hours about my feelings for this place but I guess from the number of exclamation marks I've used, you probably know what I would say. If you ask me if I would recommend Baumanière, the answer is "I hope you already checked their website and booked your stay"! If the Queen of England liked this place, I'm sure you will too! xx

A huge Thank you to Baumanière for this fabulous experience!
