Le Meurice

Exactly one month ago I spend the night at the one and only Hotel Le Meurice with my husband who then left Paris for a business trip to Asia. We planned this stay purposely, because we knew that we won't see each other for a long time after. The time flew by so fast, I was completely caught up with fashion week work and one month without him now seems like a little fraction of time as I finally joined him in Singapore (that's where I'm writing this post from).

I think you already know that we are a couple who loves to collect memories rather then things (as I've mentioned that here on the blog many times) and treats like hotel stays in your own city belong to that group of experiences/memories.

We love going to Le Meurice for the atmosphere, service and fabulous food (their afternoon tea is a must for everyone, even if you're not staying at the hotel). Oh, I forgot to mention that this special night was also a Valentine's day haha, one more reason for such treat. We went for dinner at Le Dali restaurant and had a delicious three course meal with live piano playing the smoothest tunes while drinking Laurent-Perrier champagne.

Our suite was absolutely out of this world! A huge salon with a view of the Eiffel Tower, master bedroom and white marble bathroom. When we came back to our room after the dinner, the hotel put rose petals all over the floor and dozens of candles  .... we couldn't believe it.. so romantic!

Another page in our book of memories has now been written and the last thing I love to do is to put a few pictures on the blog so I can go back and relive the day again whenever I want to.

I wish you all a beautiful week wherever you might be in the world. xx
